We’d like to acknowledge some of our D.C. public servants who have displayed great Capitol Hill style as representatives of the people, but not in terms of politics, the only debate we’d like to ignite is based on who has the best smile. We’d simply like to recognize the best and brightest D.C. smiles, since healthy, attractive smiles are what we’re all about. Without further ado, here is our list of the 10 best smiles in Congress:

Senator Kelly Ayotte
Senator Kelly Ayotte brought her great smile to D.C. upon winning a seat as junior U.S. Senator from New Hampshire in 2010. Before her election, Ayotte served five years as New Hampshire’s first woman Attorney General and also served as Deputy Attorney General and Chief of the Homicide Unit. Ayotte currently serves on committees that include Armed Services, Homeland Security & Governmental Affairs, Aging and Commerce, and is the Ranking Member of the Armed Services Subcommittee.
Senator Kirsten Gillibrand
Senator Kirsten Gillibrand has been showing her Capitol Hill style for quite some time. Gillibrand was appointed to Hillary Clinton’s Senate seat in 2009 when Clinton became Secretary of State, won a 2010 special election for that seat and was reelected in 2012. Before joining the Senate, Gillibrand served as U.S. House Representative for New York’s 20th district and Special Counsel to the U.S. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development. Current committee assignments include Environment and Public Works, Armed Services, Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry and Special Committee on Aging.
Congresswoman Kristi Noem
Elected to South Dakota’s only seat in the U.S. House of Representatives in 2010 and 2012, Congresswoman Kristi Noem is a farmer, rancher and small business owner with a terrific smile, as well as a former Representative of South Dakota’s 6th District in South Dakota’s House of Representatives. Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard was elected the United States Representative for Hawaii’s 2nd Congressional District in 2012. She has also served on the Honolulu City Council and in the Hawaii House of Representatives. Congresswoman Lynn Jenkins
Elected as U.S. Representative for the 2nd Congressional District of Kansas in 2008, Congresswoman Lynn Jenkins is a Certified Public Accountant with Capitol Hill style. She has served in both the Kansas House and Senate and as Kansas State Treasurer. Jenkins is Vice-Chair of the House Republican Conference and serves on the Ways and Means Committee, Trade Subcommittee, Oversight Subcommittee, Committee on Financial Services, Subcommittee on Capital Markets, Insurance, and Government-Sponsored Enterprises and Subcommittee on Housing and Community Opportunity.

Another of the best smiles in Congress belongs to Congresswoman Marcia Fudge. A former Ohio Mayor, Fudge is serving her third term as U.S. House Representative for Ohio’s 11th District. Fudge serves on committees that include the Committee on Education and the Workforce, Early Childhood, Elementary and Secondary Education, Workforce Protections, Agriculture and Horticulture, Research, Biotechnology and Foreign Agriculture, and is Ranking Member of the Subcommittee on Department Operations, Oversight and Nutrition.
Congresswoman Michelle Bachman
Congresswoman Michelle Bachman’s winning smile and Capitol Hill style helped her to become the first Republican woman to represent Minnesota in the U.S. House of Representatives, first elected in 2006. Congresswoman Kyrsten Sinema, blessed with a perfect smile, was elected to represent Arizona’s 9th district in the U.S. House of Representatives in 2012.
