The Capital Center for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is proud to be able to support the D.C. Dental Society through its charitable arm, the D.C. Dental Society Foundation.

The D.C. Dental Society Foundation is the charitable and philanthropic arm of the D.C. Dental Society, dedicated to promoting good oral health to the community and supporting the needs of the dental profession.

The Foundation secures contributions to provide grants for dental education and support programs aimed at improving dental care to the under-served in Washington, D.C.

2014 Nation’s Capital Dental Meeting

During the 2014 Nation’s Capital Mid-Atlantic Dental Meeting, the Foundation will host a “Wall of Wine” auction to raise funds for the Foundation’s ongoing projects.  Attendees can purchase a ticket for $25.00 to pull a wrapped bottle of wine from the wall.

The Foundation secures contributions to provide grants for dental education and support programs aimed at improving dental care to the underserved in Washington, D.C. Through strong leadership within the District of Columbia Dental Society, collaboration within the community, and generous donations from the members, the Foundation has the ability to respond to the needs affecting the community and the profession. It is the Foundation’s goal to connect with the community and help to change lives.k

This year, The D.C. Dental Society is holding a fundraiser that benefits the Foundation. CCOMFS has purchased 100 “pulls” for our colleagues throughout the DC area in order to benefit The Foundation.

  • The District of Columbia Dental Society Foundation presents The Wall of Wine at the 2014 Nation’s Capital Dental Meeting. For $25.00 participants will have the chance to pull a bottle of wine from the wall. All proceeds benefit the D.C. Dental Society Foundation and its mission to promote good oral health in the community.
